"WHAT
Fresh Start Mentoring is a faith-based organization committed to transforming lives affected by drugs and crime. Through collaborative partnerships with churches, judicial systems, and community volunteers, we provide tailored mentorship to individuals on probation and in Drug Court. Since 2009, our mission has been to offer guidance, support, and hope, fostering personal growth and positive change. With a proven track record of reducing recidivism, we are dedicated to creating a more compassionate and supportive society, one life at a time.
"DRUG

Fresh Start's Drug Court Mentoring Program is dedicated to assisting nonviolent clients within the Drug Court system. Our focus is on offering a treatment-oriented process that supports individuals in their journey towards a drug-free life. This program not only aids in recovery but also provides an opportunity for participants to work towards expunging their charges from their records. We believe in the power of mentorship to foster meaningful change and provide the necessary support for a successful transition.

PROBATION MENTORING

Fresh Start's Probation Mentoring Program is a lifeline for those navigating the challenges of probation. With representatives in each probation office in Pinellas County and expansion into Pasco County, we offer accessible support to those who choose to embark on this transformative journey. Our program pairs clients with mentors, engaging in weekly sessions over a minimum of 12 weeks. Utilizing a detailed mentor-client planner, we focus on helping clients successfully complete their probation and make positive life changes. Our approach is personal, practical, and rooted in a deep commitment to individual growth and rehabilitation.

Are you on probation and seeking guidance? Or do you wish to contribute positively as a mentor? Contact us through our website to begin a journey of change and support. Whether you're seeking mentorship or looking to offer it, Fresh Start Mentorship is here to guide and support every step of the way.

VETERANS COURT MENTORING

The Veterans Court Mentoring Program is a unique and impactful initiative designed to support veterans who find themselves navigating the complexities of the legal system. At its core, this program is built on the powerful principle of veterans helping veterans, creating a supportive community that understands the unique challenges and experiences shared among service members.

This program pairs veterans facing legal issues with veteran mentors who have successfully reintegrated into civilian life. These mentors provide guidance, support, and encouragement, helping mentees to navigate the court system, access necessary resources, and make positive life changes. The mentorship is not just about legal advice; it's about forging a connection based on shared experiences and mutual respect, offering a sense of camaraderie and understanding that can be hard to find elsewhere.
